这份文件的效力What you are signing

这是一份具有法律约束力的协议。签署后，你在 Hachi Tactical 安排的一切射击活动中，对本公司及其教练、员工、合作靶场与场地所有人（以下统称“受免责方”）放弃索赔权利。请通读全文，不理解的地方现在就问我们。This is a legally binding agreement. By signing, you give up the right to bring claims against Hachi Tactical, its coaches and staff, and the partner ranges and property owners we operate on (together, the "Released Parties"). Read it in full and ask us about anything unclear before you sign.

风险认知Assumption of risk

实弹射击存在无法完全消除的风险，可能造成重伤、终身残疾甚至死亡。包括但不限于：走火或操作不当造成的枪伤、跳弹与弹壳飞溅、枪口爆风与噪音造成的听力损伤、火药灼伤、后坐力造成的软组织与关节损伤、靶场地面湿滑或不平造成的跌倒、户外场地的高温脱水与野生动物，以及其他参与者的行为。我自愿承担上述全部风险。Live fire carries risks that cannot be fully eliminated and may result in serious injury, permanent disability, or death: gunshot wounds from negligent discharge or mishandling, ricochet and ejected casings, hearing damage from muzzle blast, powder burns, recoil injuries, slips and falls on range surfaces, heat and wildlife at outdoor sites, and the conduct of other participants. I accept all of it voluntarily.

责任免除Release of liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，我放弃并永久免除受免责方因下列事由产生的一切索赔、诉讼、损失与费用：我参加活动或进入场地；受免责方的作为、疏忽或不作为；我遭受的任何人身伤害、疾病、死亡或财产损失；场地、设施、枪械或弹药的任何状况。本条在受免责方存在一般过失的情况下同样适用。To the fullest extent the law allows, I release the Released Parties from all claims, actions, losses and expenses arising from my participation or presence, from their acts, negligence or omissions, from any injury, illness, death or property loss I suffer, and from the condition of any site, facility, firearm or ammunition. This applies even where ordinary negligence is alleged.

赔偿与担保Indemnity

若因我的行为、我造成的他人伤害或财产损失、或我违反本协议而使受免责方遭受索赔，我将承担其全部损失，包括合理的律师费。If my conduct, any harm I cause to others or their property, or my breach of this agreement leads to a claim against the Released Parties, I will cover their resulting losses, including reasonable attorneys\u2019 fees.

安全规则Range rules

我承诺全程服从教练与靶场工作人员的指令，遵守枪械安全四原则，不在活动前及活动期间饮酒或使用任何影响判断力的药物，不擅自触碰未经允许的枪械或弹药。教练有权在任何时刻终止我的体验且不予退款。I will follow every instruction from my coach and range staff, observe the four rules of firearm safety, consume no alcohol or impairing substances before or during the session, and handle no firearm or ammunition without permission. My coach may end my session at any moment, without refund.

健康与医疗Health and medical

我确认身体状况适合参与射击活动，且已告知任何可能受影响的健康问题（如心脏疾病、癫痫、妊娠、听力或视力障碍、近期手术）。如发生意外，我授权受免责方在必要时安排紧急医疗救助，相关费用由我本人承担。I confirm I am physically fit to shoot and have disclosed any condition that could be affected (heart conditions, seizures, pregnancy, hearing or vision impairment, recent surgery). I authorise the Released Parties to arrange emergency care if needed, at my own expense.

影像使用Photo and video

活动中可能被拍照或录像。我同意 Hachi Tactical 将含有我形象的影像用于宣传与社交媒体，不另行支付报酬。如不希望被使用，请在下方备注中写明，我们会在拍摄时避开你。Sessions may be photographed or filmed. I allow Hachi Tactical to use images containing my likeness for promotion and social media without compensation. If you would rather not appear, say so in the notes below and we will keep you out of frame.

未成年人Minors

未满 18 周岁的参与者须由父母或法定监护人签署本协议，并全程在场陪同。监护人以自身名义并代表该未成年人接受本协议全部条款。具体年龄限制以当日合作靶场规定为准。Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign this agreement and stay present for the whole session. The guardian accepts these terms personally and on the minor\u2019s behalf. Age limits follow the host range on the day.

适用法律与其他Governing law and general terms

本协议适用美国加利福尼亚州法律，任何争议由洛杉矶县有管辖权的法院专属管辖。若其中任一条款被认定无效，其余条款继续有效。本协议对我本人及我的继承人、遗产管理人和法定代理人具有约束力。This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, with exclusive venue in the courts of Los Angeles County. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force. It binds me, my heirs, executors and legal representatives.

电子签名Electronic signature

在下方输入姓名并提交，即视为我已完整阅读、理解并同意本协议全部内容，且该输入构成我具有法律效力的电子签名。我是在没有受到任何胁迫或诱导的情况下自愿签署。Typing my name below and submitting means I have read, understood and agreed to this entire agreement, and that my typed name is my legally binding electronic signature, given freely and without pressure.
